摘要:
目的 评价远程心脏康复对慢性心力衰竭患者的康复效果。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国生物医学数据库、知网、万方、维普数据库中有关远程心脏康复应用于慢性心力衰竭患者的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年9月。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 共纳入13项研究,涉及1674例患者。Meta分析结果显示,远程心脏康复可改善慢性心力衰竭患者6 min步行距离、峰值摄氧、N末端脑钠肽前体和生活质量(均P<0.05),但在改善左室射血分数方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 远程心脏康复可改善慢性心力衰竭患者的运动耐力和生活质量,为患者提供了一种新的康复方式。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of telerehabilitation on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Computer search of PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CBM,CNKI,WanFang and VIP Data for randomized controlled trials on the application of telerehabilitation in patients with chronic heart failure,from the founding of databases to September 2023.RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 13 studies involving 1674 patients were included.The Meta-analysis showed that telerehabilitation improved 6MWD,peak VO2,NT-proBNP and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant in terms of improving LVEF(all P>0.05).Conclusions Telerehabilitation can improve exercise stamina and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure,providing a new form of rehabilitation for patients.
